A moving pattern about hairloss

"I want to put the world in motion", that was my words for when I applied to a course in animation at Konstfack 2023. I wanted to combine my pattern making with animation and have the pattern dance, move and sing to the viewer. 

The subject of hair loss is a personal experience as my own experience with alopecia began in 2010. Now in 2024 am I writing an article series that I will publish here on the blogs of Typ Åsa. You can read in Swedish or in English. What ever you prefer. 

Hair loss can be an incredibly emotional and challenging experience, especially when it happens unexpectedly. The articles is for anyone that has to cope with alopecia or a friend and family that wants to be a support. 

September is alopecia awareness month it's nice to be able to publish this pattern on the last day of the month. My journey with alopecia continues and I will keep writing the 12 articles and publish during the autumn of 2024.
